I have been working at this for years and appreciate the encouragement and new ideas. One thing I have done the past 15 years is to have a short "program" during our annual Christmas party. I have a captive audience :-) so we sit down, sing some carols, read scripture, and share something that hopefully causes us to stop for a few moments and think about what Christmas is all about.
